Please be advised that on 21 July 2023, an Order was made in the Supreme Court of Bermuda winding-up the Company and appointing Mathew Clingerman of Kroll Bermuda Ltd., 4th Floor, Vallis Building, 58 Par-La-Ville Road, Hamilton, HM 11, Bermuda and Samuel Cole of Kroll (Cayman) Ltd., Strathvale House, 3rd Floor, 90 North Church Street, PO Box 30847, Grand Cayman KY1-1204, Cayman Islands as Joint Provisional Liquidators (“JPLs”) of the Company pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act 1981 and the Companies (Winding Up) Rules 1982.
